Who are we?
With over seven years working in pet services, and 15 plus years of piggy parenting, your guinea pigs will be well looked after by us.
Having gotten my first guinea pig, Bubble, at only eight-years-old, a piggy love affair had begun! Since then, I've owned guinea pigs for over 15 years as an adult, going through the ups and downs of bonding pigs, pigs falling out, pigs getting ill, surgery and recovery, wonderful lives and their sad endings. All this time shared with the piggies has leant to me having a wealth of experience when it comes to guinea pig care and husbandry, and to the opening of Guinea Pig Guesthouse.
And don't worry, Bubble wasn't a solo pig, he had a pal - Squeak!
Working in Pet Services
More than just guinea pigs
For the past seven plus years, I've been working in Pet Services in the local area, providing dog walking, puppy visits, pet taxi services, cat and small animal visits, and ad hoc guinea pig home boarding. Guinea Pig Guesthouse was then born out of my combined love of guinea pigs and seeing that people were looking for specialised home boarding in the area.
